Vinohrady

It’s said that once you live in Vinohrady, you no longer want to live anywhere else in Prague. You can find everything you need here for a happy and fulfilling life. Vinohrady is a peaceful district of the wider city center, with social enjoyments and benefits from a glorious past and a vibrant present. The district contains a sprawling park that overlooks the city metropolis, along with idyllic corners and trees lining the streets. There are unique architectural gems of all shapes in this unforgettable atmosphere of Prague.

Modern style blends with history

Šumavská XIII was built in a neoclassical style that was renovated with great respect. All original historical elements are sensitively restored and supplemented with the latest technical equipment. The interior of the house respects the original style, and other wooden doors and windows simultaneously meet modern technical parameters. The historic staircase, handmade tiles, and modern lift create contemporary minimalism, which is imprinted in the architecture of the house

Freedom in the completion of your apartment

The original layout of each flat wasn’t complete when talking of today’s standards. The new concept was designed to be practical and timeless. Flats were restructured with more space, which was crucial for the upcoming design. The aim of these changes, as well as the newly designed layout, was to achieve maximum practicality and usability of the future space. Flats are sold in Shell & Core, which reflects the idea of retaining the versatility of the space, for potential design and layout changes.

Project Partners

The architect studio DELICODE was invited to the project as “curator” design for the interior and exterior facades. They are the authors of the floor plan solutions for all the residential units, including the concept of the front yards on the ground. They searched for the best functional layouts and determined the final appearance of the final components and materials surfaces used in public areas.
